Some of the duties of our full-time surgical assistants include:
- Assist the doctor during surgical procedures
- Monitor patients for safety during and after administration of anesthetics/sedatives
- Accurately record treatment information
- Instruct patients in pre-op and post-op care
- Set up instrument trays
- Prepare patients for upcoming procedures
- Take diagnostic x-rays, cone beam CT scans, intraoral scans
Starting pay range is between $18-25 per hour depending on experience and qualifi cations. We also have a generous benefit package including health/dental insurance, paid time off , paid holidays, and more. Our typical offi ce hours are 8a-5p M-Th and 8a~3p F. (Morning start times can vary a bit depending on the surgery schedule, and some flexibility is required to allow for patient care.) Oral surgery experience preferred but on site training is offered for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
