The Princess Dental Staffing Referral Rewards Program (the "Program") makes it easy for you to share your knowledge about Princess Dental Staffing with your friends and colleagues and get rewarded at the same time! For every friend or colleague that you refer and who becomes a paying Princess Dental Staffing employer or active candidate, your Princess Dental Staffing account is eligible for a cash reward. In addition, your employer friends or colleagues are also eligible for a promotional trial period on their Princess Dental Staffing account upon using the promotional code provided in your referral message.

The amount of cash earned is based on the type of referral referred and satisfaction of the required conditions and is set forth here:

• For new employers you refer, you shall receive $100 upon receipt of the employer’s first non-trial invoice.
• For new candidates you refer, you shall receive $50 upon candidate approval to Active status on our site. This requires completion in full of the required registration, valid verification of licensure, job history and experience, and the fulfillment of confirmation from the candidate themselves.
• A "new customer" must be a person or entity that is unrelated to the referrer and any credit that the referee receives hereunder cannot directly or indirectly financially benefit the referrer in any way.

You and your referees must be in good standing with Princess Dental Staffing in order to receive cash rewards.

You must use the referral form to send an email, share by means of social media services, or use the "Personal Referral Link" to refer friends and colleagues to Princess Dental Staffing in order to be eligible for cash rewards. You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose your name to your referees as the referrer.

Friends and colleagues must sign up for Princess Dental Staffing using the referral email you send them or the social media link you shared (this is how we track the referral).

Employers who have been referred must use the supplied promotional code to receive the promotional discount.

You represent and warrant that you have an existing relationship (business, personal or family) with the referee.

Referral program rewards do not apply for any accounts that you may have referred prior to the launch of the program.

Only one referrer credit will be granted per each new referral account. If multiple referrers claim the same referral, Princess Dental Staffing will have sole discretion to identify the referrer for such referral.

Referral accounts that are canceled by Princess Dental Staffing for any reason (non-compliance with Princess Dental Staffing's usage policies) will not be included in the Program.

Princess Dental Staffing reserves the right to terminate the account(s) of any referring customer and / or referred customer or decide not to provide a reward for any reason, including if Princess Dental Staffing suspects that there is some abuse of the program by either or both parties.

Any data collected for the purposes of this Program will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Princess Dental Staffing's Privacy Policy.

Princess Dental Staffing may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and the revised terms and conditions shall become effective immediately upon posting. Princess Dental Staffing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Program at any time.

You agree to comply with any applicable federal, state and local laws and the Princess Dental Staffing Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") and any other terms, conditions or policies published on the Princess Dental Staffing website. This Program is void where prohibited by law.
