We are a multi-specialty office and we strive for high quality dentistry and excellent patient care in a state of the art facility. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic with good communication skills, an energetic team player and is willing to cooperate with the Dentist to accomplish a comprehensive diagnosis.
Requirements:

Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Assistant License and X-Ray certification
Understands compliance with state dental practice requirements (X-ray requirements, OSHA training, etc.)
Has the ability to work well with patients of all ages
Has the ability to work under pressure
Ability to take digital x-rays and intra oral pictures
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Ability to multi-task
Strong work ethic
Experience in braces: wires, power chain, ties, brackets, and more
Experience with Invisalign: adding attachments and buttons
Proficient in ITero scans

Duties:

Assist orthodontist
Prepare procedure set ups
Perform basic orthodontic procedures
Fabricate retainers
Ability to take impressions and pour up models
Disinfect and sterilize instrument and equipment
Maintain organized and clean working space
Track and organize patient cases
Schedule patient appointments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene
Call and follow up with patients
Administrative task: paperwork and emails
