We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel at ease.
Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and all necessary supplies are readily available.
Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during various dental procedures, including instrument sterilization, material mixing, and suctioning.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols and sanitizing operatories between patients.
Accurately perform dental charting and maintain detailed patient records.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care instructions.
Communicate fluently and effectively in both English and Spanish with patients to understand their needs and provide clear instructions.
Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of dental supplies.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years of proven dental assisting experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with patients of all backgrounds.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to maintaining a clean, sterile, and efficient work environment.
A high level of professionalism and a genuine commitment to exceeding patient expectations.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is absolutely essential.
Experience working with Dentrix dental software is a significant plus.

Competitive salary: $18 - $25 per hour, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
Consistent and convenient work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM.
