Location: Petaluma (Mondays & Fridays) and San Rafael (Tuesdays & Wednesdays), CaliforniaEmployment Type: Full-Time (35 hours/week)Compensation: $34 per hourSchedule:

Job Summary:Our orthodontic practice is seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Dental Assistant to join our team. You will support our orthodontists in providing high-quality care to our patients. This role is perfect for someone pursuing a career in dentistry—students of dentistry are welcome and encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:

Assist orthodontists during patient procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Take and process dental X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
Manage patient records and appointment scheduling
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications:

Dental Assistant experience or current dental student preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to travel between Petaluma and San Rafael offices
Reliable transportation
