Timber Dental has an immediate opening for a part-time, or full-time, Registered Dental Hygienist.

This role is a Floater role and you will work in a primary location but also work in other locations to cover absences as needed.
With 6 offices in Portland-metro we frequently have vacations, family leave, and sick days to cover throughout the year. This floater position helps us with consistent scheduling and ensuring coverage where needed.
We are flexible on your primary location and will work with you to design a schedule that considers your proximity to home and commute.
We are seeking a minimum of a 3-day per week commitment, 4-day per week preferred. With fulltime hours you are eligible for fulltime benefits. If you want to earn more we can look into 5th days for you, too.

ALL PRACTICES ARE ASSISTED HYGIENE so you will see an average of 12-15 patients per day.
Time with Patients:

90 minutes on new patients. 60 minutes on returning.

Candidates need for this role:

A current and valid Oregon RDH License
Nitrous Certification is preferred but not required.
Personal and Professional backgrounds, respectively, will be considered.

We offer two compensation models. One pays $65/hour. The other pays on adjusted production. The production compensation generally skews higher which is why you see the range from $65-$75/hour. Our highest earner exceeded $120k W-2 last year.
