Flower Dental is a brand new state of the art patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and comfortable environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a medical or dental front desk role
Strong administrative and clerical skills
Proficiency in EHR systems such as OpenDental
Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance claim processing, and HIPAA regulations
Excellent patient service and communication skills
Ability to manage the phone system and schedule
