OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
DutiesAs a Dental Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the dentist during various procedures, including general dentistry,
Preparing and maintaining the treatment room, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
Performing four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Documenting medical history and medical documentation accurately in patient records.
Monitoring vital signs of patients before, during, and after procedures.
Educating patients on post-treatment care.
Managing appointment schedules and patient flow within the office systems.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dental office in compliance with health regulations.
Running Sterilization

ExperienceThe ideal candidate should possess:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures related to general dentistry, prosthodontics, and pediatrics.
Proficiency with dental software systems such as Open dental is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
A commitment to providing exceptional patient care with attention to detail.
