Job Title: Dental Assistant
Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will assist during patient procedures, perform various administrative tasks, and ensure excellent patient care.
Duties:- Assist dentist during examinations and treatments- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures- Sterilize dental instruments following aseptic techniques- MUST be able to take x-rays (PA, FMX, BWX)- MUST be able to take alginate impressions and cast plaster models
Skills:- Proficiency in Dentrix software is strongly preferred- Team-oriented attitude and ability to take direction- Familiarity with dental terminology- Strong understanding of general dentistry practices (crowns, bridges, xrays, impressions, etc.)- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
