TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *
Provide the BEST possible customer service to ALL.

MUST speak Spanish
Ensure schedule is FULL at all time
Schedule and Reschedule patients whenever is necessary
Verify daily insurance for DSHS
Check patients In and Out
Create and assist NEW PATIENTS with completing new paperwork and creating files.
Answer incoming calls
Daily confirmation of present and future appointments
Management of all incoming and outgoing lab cases
Management of all payment plans (creating, processing, and etc..)
Daily reconciliation of deposits
And other duties as assigned

*Other related duties as assigned by Doctors and Manager.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

8 hour shift
