Dental Sterilization Technician - DENTAL 1 - Waterford, MI

We are a private general dental office in Waterford, MI that has grown and is in need of a passionate and caring full-time (36 hours/week) sterilization tech with a strong interest in dentistry! We are looking for a candidate that is willing and capable of learning and keeping up with a fast paced environment. Compensation will be based your ability to help our team continue to serve our patients and grow our practice.
Sterilization experience preferred, but not required, we are willing to train the right individual! This position has the ability to grow into chairside assisting duties as well.
We perform a variety of treatments for patients from oral surgery procedures to orthodontics and pediatric dentistry.
Typical responsibilities, but not limited to:
Sterilize and disinfect instruments
Sterilize and disinfect patient ops for both the doctors and hygienists
Take and develop x-rays
Pack/unpack lab cases that come into the office
Pour and trim models
General housekeeping
Desired knowledge and skills, but not limited to:
Interest in dentistry
