Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) - Beacon Place Dental Group - Boston, MA

OverviewOur cosmetic practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant with prosthodontics and periodontal experience to join our dynamic dental team. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist in various procedures.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Digital photography a plus
Zoom protocol, Invisalign and Perio/Implant a help.
Utilize 3D scanning technology for dental impressions when applicable.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required.
Knowledge of medical terminology and medical documentation practices.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Certification in CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing excellent patient care.
