Job Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
Active Illinois dental license in good standing (or able to obtain before start date).

Compensation Structure:

This role includes a minimal guaranteed draw and is primarily production-based. The listed compensation range reflects a conservative outcome average based on recent provider production. Strong performance offers the opportunity to earn beyond this estimate.
