A thorough understanding of dental software, particularly Dentrix, as well as proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques, is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess patient oral health.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and other restorative treatments.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose conditions accurately.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide efficient patient care using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred, with a focus on general dentistry practices.
Familiarity with Dentrix software for managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it relates to dentistry.
Experience in medical imaging and documentation processes is highly desirable.
Skills in dental fabrication are an asset, enhancing the ability to provide personalized care.
