OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our professional and friendly dental team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate respect, motivation and professionalism.
Duties
Assist the dentist during clinical procedures.
Take digital radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the dental operatories.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow within the clinic.
Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency.
Order and organize supplies.
Requirements
Experience in dental assisting or a related field is preferred.
New Jersey Dental Radiology (X ray) license is required.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
