The Role:
You will be working in a leadership-driven practice that emphasizes a Complete Health approach. Our unique team structure supports growth and collaboration, providing opportunities to drive results and leadership development. Initially, you will likely start with working two days a week (Monday and Thursday), with the potential to add more days as the practice continues to grow. Your contributions will play a vital role in helping the practice expand, which will create opportunities for additional workdays.
Clinical Skills & Experience Desired:

Able to perform hygiene, restorative, and surgery
Implant experience (minimally invasive a plus)
Open to sleep and TMJ therapy
Passion for working with older patients, especially with a minimally invasive approach

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, restorations, and preventive care.
Utilize aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry environment.
Utilize medical imaging technologies for diagnostics and treatment planning.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Foster positive relationships with patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a comfortable experience.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficient knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental procedures.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
Strong understanding of infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to ethical standards.
