Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Salt Lake City, UT
Responsibilities:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth- Take and develop dental x-rays- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations- Administer local anesthesia and apply fluoride treatments- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic
Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic- Knowledge of medical coding systems related to dental procedures
