Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and taking vital signs.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the management of the dental clinic's systems and maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft or similar software.
Collaborate with dentists in four-handed dentistry settings to provide efficient patient care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the dental office, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Experience in patient assessment and familiarity with dental clinic operations.
Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience assisting in a dental office is an advantage but not mandatory.
