Job Summary:
As a Chairside Dental Assistant, you will work directly with our dentist to ensure a smooth, efficient, and comfortable experience for our patients. You will play a key role in supporting clinical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
Record patient medical and dental histories
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Ensure all OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols are followed
Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order as needed
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Qualifications:
Prior chairside experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
