As the first point of contact for our patients and leads, you'll play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include qualifying and setting leads, managing patient flow, and handling administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Qualify and set leads from online marketing for new patient appointments and Invisalign consultations. Check patients in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and up-to-date. Make patient appointments following our scheduling template. Take payments and manage patient financial transactions. Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and provide exceptional customer service. Ensure patients are informed about upcoming appointments through timely reminders. Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases. Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a dental receptionist or lead setting role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong organizational and time management skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (as needed). Willingness to travel occasionally for continuing education and training opportunities. Nice to Have: Experience with online marketing and lead generation. Knowledge of Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry. Bilingual or multilingual skills. Proficiency in dental software and technology.
