We are currently looking for a reliable and personable Front Desk/Office Manager to be the face and heartbeat of our practice.
Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
Manage the daily operations of the front office
Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
Coordinate treatment plans and present financial estimates to patients
Maintain accurate patient records using practice management software
Handle billing, claims submission, and collections
Oversee ordering of office supplies and ensure smooth workflow
Support the clinical team as needed to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in dental or medical front office management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Experience with dental insurance verification and billing
Familiarity with dental software
Knowledge of endodontic procedures is a plus, but not required
Professional, reliable, and able to lead with a positive attitude

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
No weekends or late evenings
