Dental Hygienist (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) - Albion Aesthetic Dentistry - Colorado Springs, CO

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our small, private, and newly remodeled dental office. At our practice, we take pride in providing personalized care, ensuring that each patient feels valued and comfortable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care, promoting optimal oral health, and educating patients on the importance of proper dental hygiene. We believe that each patient is unique, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing exceptional care with a focus on patient satisfaction.
This position is currently part-time, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. There is potential to increase the position to Full Time -4 days per week or accelerated hygiene with compensation, if interested.

Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Take digital medical images, such as X-rays and intraoral scans, to assist in diagnosing dental issues.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and care.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow within the clinic.

Skills

Knowledge of medical imaging processes and the ability to take high-quality X-rays.
Familiarity with maintaining medical records accurately and efficiently.
Experience with dental practice management systems is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients on oral health topics.
Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients and team members.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
