Location: Apex Dental Group – Apex, NC 27502 (Must be able to commute or relocate prior to start date)
Position Type: Part-Time (with potential to transition to full-time)
Pay: $55 - $58 per hour

Schedule (Includes Morning Team Huddle and Training):
· Thursday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
· Friday: 6:45 AM – 1:30 PM (once a month)
· One Additional Weekday: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (your choice)
· Potential for Additional Hours: Opportunity to transition to full-time based on patient demand

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including health history reviews, periodontal charting, and patient education
· Provide thorough dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive services
· Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
· Take and review x-rays, identifying potential dental concerns
· Collaborate with the dentist to communicate findings and recommend treatment plans
· Demonstrate leadership and initiative, aligning with the practice’s vision of continuous learning and mutual support
· Uphold the practice’s commitment to ethical, patient-focused care
Qualifications:
· Active NC Dental Hygiene License
· Exceptional communication and patient education skills
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
