We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our cohesive, close-knit team! We are a busy multi-specialty private practice in Needham with state of the art equipment. We pride ourselves on our "patient-first" approach to dentistry, ensuring each experience is personalized and focused on individual needs. We are looking for a Hygienist who is not only experienced but has a genuine passion for people.

We are offering a $1000 bonus after 120 days.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide empathetic and effective chairside manner, creating a comfortable and understanding environment for every patient.

Collaborate seamlessly with both clinical and front office teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Perform both routine and complex dental procedures with precision and care, helping patients achieve their ideal smile.
