Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Bloomfield Hills, MI
Golnick Pediatric Dental Associates is looking for a friendly dental receptionist for our Bloomfield Hills location. Must be detailed oriented and able to multi task in a high pace environment. Experience required.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
Schedule patient appointments in accordance with monthly and daily patient goals
Answer phones and confirm appointments
Greet and check in patients
Accurately verify dental benefits
Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment
Collect payments, co-payments and deductibles
Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis
Maintain a clean and professional office environment
Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans Administrative Duties
Scheduling
Answering and routing phone calls
Greeting visitors
Sorting and sending mail
Stocking supplies

M-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm
Fri 7:30am-2:00pm
