Assisted Hygiene Assistant / Dental Assistant Support

*Full Time / Monday thru Thursday

At Wildflower Dental we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and team-driven environment. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dependable Assisted Hygiene Assistant who can also provide chairside support to our dentist during busy days.

As an Assisted Hygiene Assistant, you will work closely with the dental hygienists to help maintain a smooth workflow and ensure patient comfort. Additionally you will be cross-trained to assist the dentist with procedures when the schedule gets tight or during high volume days.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist hygienists with charting, X-rays, sterilization, and room turnover

Be comfortable with coronal polishing and preventative care education

Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized work environment

Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures

Communicate effectively with the front office for patient transitions

Qualifications:

1+ years experience

Proficient in Dentrix

Radiography certification

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Friendly, team-oriented, and professional demeanor
