If you love people, we love you. Our office is excitedly growing, and we need you to help us with that. We are Elite Smiles, a privately owned Holistic Biological Dental Office in East Gilbert/Mesa. We focus on overall health and wellness for our patients. Our patients are wonderful, health conscious people who are looking for someone with an engaging mindset to help with their dental procedures, and gaining understanding regarding recommended dental care. We are a very team-oriented dental practice that works hard to support each other in their various tasks.
Our dental culture is supportive, and very focused on maintaining an Elite Level understanding of cutting-edge dentistry. We desire every member of our staff to understand and be able to articulate all of our various procedures, many of which only a handful of practices in Arizona can provide. We do this through initial one-on-one training, frequent meetings, quarterly officewide trainings, and continuing education courses. If this seems exciting to you, we would love for you to apply.
Office Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-5pm
Qualifications:

Certified Dental Assistant, preferably with 1+yrs experience
X-ray certified/coronal polishing certified
Upbeat personality and enjoys talking to people.
Familiarity with Dentrix a plus
Must have an interest in additional training to increase the scope of their responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Greeting each patient and building quality relationships
Assist Doctor with all needed procedures.
Setup/Clean-up of treatment rooms/office
Digital X-rays
Sterilization of instruments and maintain sterilization area.
Fabricating temporary crowns and bridges, bleach trays, etc.
Patient Education
Learn new things (we'll train you!) :)
