Dental Hygienist - 4 days per week - Grafton Smile Care - Arlington, VA

Recently our hygienist had her first child, and has now decided to have more, so she will not be returning to work.
We are looking for a compassionate, patient and competent hygienist with a zeal and enthusiasm for their profession
Patient care is at the center of what we do, and the ability to put patients at ease while they are being treated , and giving them a high level of respect throughout their care, is an essential part of our practice. Educating patients, instilling confidence in their own dental health and paying attention to detail, are also highly valued.
Our practice is lead by a single dentist and each staff member is very important. We strive to work as a team, have a family atmosphere, enriching and encouraging one another to keep on growing and improving foremost for the benefit of our patients and also as individuals. Therefore it is essential to be open to feedback and a desire to improve.
Since our practice emphasis is on the best healthcare for our patients, it is highly digitized, and familiarity with technology is a must as we strive to provide top notch diagnostics and patient communication.
Preferred Hours per week: 28-32
Pay Range - $55 - $60 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
