Key Qualifications:

Prior experience as a dental assistant, with a solid understanding of day-to-day clinical operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with both patients and team members.
A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
Leadership potential or experience in a lead/senior assistant role is a plus.

CBCT: 5 years (Required)
Cerec: 5 years (Required)
Eaglesoft: 5 years (Preferred)
Four handed dentistry: 10 years (Required)
Temporary Crowns: 7 years (Required)
Leadership & Team Management: 7 years (Required)
Train and mentor junior assistants: 5 years (Required)
Managing Inventory, and Ordering: 5 years (Required)
