Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments to maintain optimal oral health for patients.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to capture diagnostic images as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate medical records and document patient care in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with various dental procedures as required, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional manner.
Stay updated on dental terminology, procedures, and best practices to enhance patient education and care.

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
Experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
Proficiency in medical imaging technology relevant to dentistry.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Ability to maintain accurate medical records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
