Overview:Fast Growing Dental Practice. We are seeking a , Spanish Speaker. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
-Spanish Translation, reviewing dental treatment plans and discussing finances- Manage patient records and update information in our electronic dental software- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries- Collect payments and provide accurate financial information to patients- Coordinate with dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy
Qualifications:- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient records and financial transactions- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor even in stressful situations
