Cleveland Smile Center is looking to hire a Dental Receptionist to play an instrumental and invaluable role within a thriving private dental practice. Located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We are looking for an outstanding person who excels in a fast paced environment. We are a private practice, general dentist office. 3 years of general dental experience required.
Your duties would include:
-Overseeing all office operations with emphasis on constant improvement of both staff efficiency and patient care
-Processing of insurance claims submission to benefit both patients and office
-Resolve patient concerns and complaints
-Work closely with patients before and after dental procedures
-Act as liaison between doctors and patients to help explain treatment plans.
-Organize and implement policies and procedures to achieve highest office production and goals

· Experience with all forms of dental insurance.
· Computer experience with open dental software.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
