We are searching for a full-time Dental Hygienist at our busy and well-established family dental office in the South East Aurora area, Hampden Dental Group. We have served the SE Aurora area for many years and believe in a work-life balance to ensure longevity.

Our team is looking for a dedicated, patient-oriented dental hygiene professional who enjoys building relationships and strives to provide the highest quality of care daily. We are not production-based and do not have quotas on products and services. We run single-column hygiene and understand the benefits a patient receives from quality time spent with our dental hygienists.

Our Dental Hygienists are a crucial part of our team and our ability to deliver a Distinctive Patient experience. We invest in our Hygienists and provide a custom-developed professional development pathway including CE, a hygiene mentorship program, and a pleasant and balanced office environment.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and two Fridays per month from 7 am to 12 pm
Salary Range: $58-$61 per hour plus daily bonuses. We are flexible on starting wages based on experience.
