Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls and manage inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our filing system.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and directing them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Support dental reception tasks if applicable, including insurance verification and patient check-in.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in a dental office is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
