**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our private pediatric dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care to patients, work collaboratively with the dental team, and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Conduct routine dental examinations and provide treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists for patient care
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses
**Qualifications:**
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain treatment options clearly to patients
- Proficiency in medical terminology, coding, and documentation
- Familiarity with dental office systems and software
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and infection control practices
