JOB SUMMARY
The perfect Dental Assistant is friendly, professional, and puts patient experience as a top priority. The RDA is responsible for working with doctors to ensure efficient patient flow and assure the back office runs smoothly and in accordance with HIPPA and OSHA regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ensures efficient patient flow and care
Follows OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
Lab case tracking
Provides positive patient experiences
Maintains a professional working relationship with doctors and staff
Assists the Doctor chair side
Takes X-rays
Updates treatment plans
Enters notes and charts
Maintains organization of back office
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION/LICENSURE AND REQUIREMENTS
License:

Registered Dental Assistant License
X-Ray Certification

Requirements:

Minimum one year experience required
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
BLS/CPR Certified
Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred but not required
Maintains a high level of integrity
Excellent customer service required
