Weâre seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team, working 2-3 days per week. Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality dental services, including crowns, bridges, fillings, and other restorative procedures. Maintain a focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Patient Interaction: Establish trust with patients by explaining treatment options in clear, accessible language. Address any concerns and ensure patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visits.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our talented dental assistants and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow and optimal care. Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Efficient Practice Operations: Help maintain an organized, efficient office environment by assisting with administrative duties as needed and managing patient schedules in a busy practice.
Upholding Quality Standards: Stay current with industry best practices and advancements to maintain the highest level of care. Ensure that all procedures meet our strict quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education & Licensure: DDS degree from an accredited institution. Active state dental license in good standing.
Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience, including proficiency in restorative procedures such as crowns and bridges. Experience working in a fast-paced practice is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills: You excel at building rapport with patients and can clearly communicate treatment plans and options in a compassionate manner.
Organized & Efficient: Ability to manage your time effectively, even in a high-volume environment, with a focus on providing efficient and quality care.
Team-Oriented: A collaborative attitude, with a commitment to working closely with your dental colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
