Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive oral health services.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients' oral health.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Provide education to patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to enhance patient experience.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Experience

A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
Proven experience in general dentistry is preferred; experience in pediatric dentistry or endodontics is a plus.
Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging technologies is advantageous.
Strong understanding of medical documentation practices within a dental office setting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
