Especially for younger dentists, mentorship is vital for success and career satisfaction. At corporate and group practices, getting lost in the shuffle happens far too easily and often. At our office, we make mentorship a priority because we believe that your success, growth, and happiness is vital to our own.
You will not compete with other associate dentists for patients. You will be the sole associate dentist working alongside the owner dentist.
We are a PPO and fee for service practice only. We do not accept Medicaid or HMO.
You will have autonomy over your treatment plan. If you are a younger dentist, you will have the support and guidance of the owner dentist.
Work-Life Balance - Our high patient demand means that you will have a full and productive schedule. However, that doesn’t mean that your schedule will be slammed with patients. We believe in providing highly individualized care and attention to each patient. This means that you will have a patient schedule that is full and productive, but manageable.
We are a technology-driven practice, so you will have access to the most up-to-date dental technology available.
Solid income potential as compensation is based on a percentage of production or guaranteed base salary, whichever is higher.
