Dental Surgical Assistant - Brandywine Periodontics, LLC - Glen Mills, PA

Seeking a highly-motivated individual with a warm smile and welcoming personality for a dental surgical assistant role in a NO DRAMA private office setting.
Services needed include:

Patient greeting & active communication
Surgical chairside assisting
Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Instrument sterilization
Infection control & room turnover
Inventory management
Intra-oral photography
Computer data entry (Dentrix)
Taking digital x-rays (Dexis)
Taking digital impressions
Scheduling appointments
Assistance with office flow

A positive team attitude, emphasis on customer service, and a consistent professional appearance are musts. The ideal candidate would be able to multi-task, follow direction well, communicate effectively with patients, work well under pressure, and begin work or undertake a project on his or her own initiative. Surgical experience (oral and/or periodontal) is preferred. Radiology certificate is required. Dentrix/Dexis software experience is preferred but not required. Needed 1-2 days per week, preferably Fridays.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
