Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Take and develop X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
Utilize dental software systems, such as Curve, for scheduling appointments and managing patient information.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage inventory of dental supplies, placing orders as necessary.

Qualifications

Proficient knowledge of dental terminology and infection control procedures.
Experience with dental assisting, including familiarity with X-Ray techniques.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while providing excellent patient care.
Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent training is desirable.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
