Compensation and Benefits:

Daily Guarantee: Up to $800/day for the first 3 months
Collection-Based Compensation: Up to 35% of collections after initial period, based on experience
Health Insurance: 50% of the individual Health Care Insurance premium is covered.
Life Insurance: Provided at no additional cost.
Vision Insurance: Provided at no additional cost.
401(k) Retirement Plan: Eligible to participate in the company-sponsored 401(k) plan.
Continuing Education (CME/CDE) Reimbursement: Up to $2,500 per calendar year for tuition and travel expenses related to approved continuing education. Unused funds do not roll over to the following year. Cannot be used for Dental Association or Organization dues and fees.
Dental Lab Fees: No lab fees are deducted, except for Clear Aligner Orthodontic cases.
Clear Aligner Ortho Cases: Associate Dentist receives 50% commission, after Clear Aligner lab fees and related expenses are deducted.

Responsibilities:

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Perform a full scope of general dentistry procedures, including Extractions, Dentures, Crowns and fillings, Root canals (preferred)
Clear aligner therapy (preferred)
Confidently lead treatment planning discussions and patient case presentations
Provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a primarily fee-for-service (FFS) and PPO environment
Utilize our digital workflow and no-impression technology
Collaborate with a dedicated support team and benefit from in-office mentorship

Practice Overview:

Team includes 3 dentists, 3 registered dental hygienists (RDHs), and 6 dental assistants
14 operatories (with plans for expansion to be completed by September)
On-site lab for same-day crowns and denture cases
EMR System: Eaglesoft
Patient volume: ~10 patients per day

Requirements:

DMD/DDS from an accredited dental program
Active dental license in the state of Florida
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
Experience with prosthodontics strongly preferred
Proficiency in treatment planning and patient communication
Commitment to high-quality care and continued professional development
