Job Details:

Daily Pay: $600â$2,000+ depending on skill and speed â 40+ new patients/month

Clinical freedom to do the dentistry you love without micromanagement

Mentorship from experienced, high-producing docs in surgical extractions, molar RCTs, implants, and even All-on-4s

Flexible schedule â Work as little as 2 days/week or up to 4 days with optional Saturdays to boost your income fast

Who Weâre Looking For:

Florida-licensed General Dentist (new grads welcome â we love teaching)

Confident or coachable in running multiple chairs

Strong with bread-and-butter dentistry â and excited to grow in extractions, molar endo, and implants

Spanish-speaking is a huge plus (but not required)

Eager to learn, hungry to work, and committed to giving patients a great experience
