Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of oral health. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery, dental extractions, and prosthodontics.
Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate with patients and staff regarding treatment plans and procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records for each patient, documenting treatments and progress.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Engage in continuous education to stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques.
Provide patient education on preventive care, oral hygiene practices, and treatment options available.
Have experience in Dental Implant surgery, office has access to multiple brands; however, we mainly place Straumann.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in dental fabrication techniques is preferred but not required.
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is a plus.
Strong understanding of infection control standards and protocols.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care with a focus on comfort and satisfaction.
