Job Title: Dental Assistant I or II
Location: Zebulon, North Carolina

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: MondayâThursday 7:45am - 5pm

Zebulon Family Dentistry is a friendly, patient-focused general dental practice serving the Zebulon area of North Carolina. We're looking for a dependable, skilled, and compassionate Dental Assistant I or II (preferred) to join our close-knit team and help us provide outstanding care to our patients.
What Youâll Do:
Greet and prepare patients for dental procedures with warmth and professionalism
Assist the dentist chairside with a wide range of general procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals, implants, hygiene, etc.)
Take and process radiographs (must be NC X-ray certified)
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and operatories
Record accurate and detailed clinical notes in patient charts
Help educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
Manage inventory and supply ordering
Occasionally assist with front desk tasks (scheduling, insurance verification, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of a CODA-accredited dental assisting program
NC Dental Assistant II Certification (preferred)
Valid North Carolina X-ray Certification
Current CPR certification
At least 1 year of experience in a clinical dental setting (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.) is a plus
