What You’ll Do:

Be the friendly, welcoming face of our practice.
Schedule and confirm appointments with efficiency and care.
Manage patient records and insurance verification.
Assist with treatment coordination and financial arrangements.
Ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for every patient.

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
Prior experience in a dental office (1 year)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
A passion for providing exceptional patient experiences
Eaglesoft experience (preferred)
Patient-first mindset
