We are currently seeking a candidate that is outgoing, fast-learner, and self-motivated individual who enjoys working with people to fill our receptionist position. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-7:30pm and every other Saturday 7:30am-1:30pm.
Duties include answering phones in a courteous manner, greeting patients as they walk in the door, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments & confirming appointments, Ensuring that information is accurately entered/scanned into the computer, ability to multi-task.
Bilingual is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
