Duties

Checkin patients in (Making sure medical history, insurance and contact information is updated)
Checking patients out (collecting payment at time of service, presenting treatment plans, making sure each patient is scheduled for his or her next visit)
Scheduling to production
Present and input treatment plans on behlf of the doctor
Submitting insurance with correct attachments and following up on claims
Creating estimated insurance breakdowns to reflect estimated copays and downgrades
Running weekly report such as Aging report, pending ins, treatment care follow up.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Dentrix
Five years of DENTAL front desk experience
At least 2 years of Dental Office Management
Proficiency in explaining advanced dental procedures
Excels in both treatment presentation and acceptance
Has the ability to connect with patients, creating a vip patient experience
The ability to multi task
Self motivated

Salary range $28 to $33 depending on experience . Medical benefits, PTO and 401k.
