Pediatric Dental Assistant - Windmill Pediatric Dentistry - Las Vegas, NV

Position Overview:
Windmill Pediatric Dentistry is hiring!! We are building a brand new startup pediatric dental office in the vibrant Southwest neighborhood in Las Vegas. We are currently seeking a friendly and talented individual to join our team as a Pediatric Dental Assistant. This role requires someone who is organized, personable, and committed to providing outstanding service to our patients and their families. In our startup practice, we prioritize quality time with patients and ensure each patient feels valued.
Responsibilities:

Assist the pediatric dentist including but not limited to by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and providing chairside support.
Educate patients and families on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment rooms, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in dental assisting and office administration preferred.
Prior experience working in a pediatric dental office as an assistant is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dental practice management software preferred.
