Surgical Dental Assistant - Columbia Oral Surgery & Dental Implants - Columbia, MO

Columbia Oral Surgery & Dental Implants is looking for a full time Dental/Surgical Assistant - CDA or CST preferred but will train.
Responsibilities Include:

Preparing patient for surgery
Ensuring all general anesthesia prep has been completely successfully
Taking panoramic X-rays & 3D scans
Checking all documents for accuracy
Ensure solid communication between patient and doctor
Monitoring vitals during surgery
Passing and assisting for procedures
Accurately completely operative report
Explaining post-operative care
Sterilization of surgical equipment
Strict adherence to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and OSHA regulations/procedures

Skills & Abilities:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Superior customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Must work well in a close team environment
